摘要:随着高校毕业生人数的逐年增加,大学生尤其是应届女大学生的就业形势愈来愈严峻。该论文通过问卷调查的方式在周口师范学院采集样本,通过分析调查数据得出应届女大学生就业现状和应届女大学生就业中存在性别歧视、法律制度不健全、高校培养模式不合理等问题,以上问题可从倡导先进的性别文化、政府发挥行政手段、高校针对市场需求调整培养模式等方面来进行改善。23655 毕业论文关键词:应届女大学生;就业现状;性别歧视
Fresh Female University Graduates Employment Problem and Countermeasure Research
Abstract: As the number of college graduates is increasing year by year, the college students’ employment situation is becoming more and more serious, especially among the fresh female college students. By means of questionnaire, the paper is developed from the samples in the area of Zhoukou Normal University ,By analyzing the current situation of the employment of the fresh female university students, we can reach the conclusion that there exist many problems among them, such as gender discrimination, unsound legal system, and unreasonable training mode of colleges, which can be solved by advocating advanced gender culture, the colleges’ and universities’ adjusting the training mode to the demand of the market and the government’s exerting its administrative influence.
