摘要：公共设施在我国越来越被重视，关于公共设施的布局问题也日益被人们所关注，而高校食堂作为教育事业中的主要公共设施也逐渐成为师生们争相谈论的焦点。当代人们在繁忙的社交中，更加倾向于便捷的就餐环境，但是在我们日常中的高校食堂，其设施的摆放、路线的确定都缺乏有效的规划和分析方法的支持，由此导致在实际就餐效率的低下、食堂收益的降低。虽然高校食堂的创办是本着不盈利的宗旨，但是不能因为管理者的不作为而使经营模式的单一固定化；因此高校食堂也应顺应潮流，适时做出改变迎合广大师生的需求。

对高校食堂进行改善，目的是为了给师生提供更好的就餐环境，提高师生排队就餐效率，与此同时给食堂带来一定的经济收益。

Research on Public Facilities Logistics Planning Based on SLP - Taking a College Canteen as an Example

Abstract：Public facilities in our country have caused more and more attention,The layout of the public facilities is also increasingly concerned by people, and college cafeteria as a public institution in the public facilities ,are gradually becoming the object of discussion by teachers and students.People in the busy social, more inclined to a convenient dining environment, but in our daily college cafeteria. Its facilities placed, the route of the lack of effective planning and analysis of the lack of support, resulting in the lower efficiency in the actual dining and the reduction of canteen income . Although the establishment of college cafeteria’s purpose is not earn profit, the management of the business model is not a single fixed; so college cafeteria should follow the trend, timely changes to meet the needs of teachers and students.

Improve the college cafeteria, the purpose is to provide teachers and students with a better dining environment,as the same time, improving the efficiency of dining also can bring considerable economic benefits to the canteen .
