摘要：随着现在经济的快速发展,公司的产品订单逐渐呈现多品种、小批量的趋势,这就 需要公司内部具有较高的柔性以及快速的市场需求响应能力。本文以西贝餐饮公司的 生加工车间为背景,通过前期现场实地分析及调研,将公司内部生产车间化由传统的管 生产转变为 5S 管理。本文通过对论述西贝莜面村目视管理实施的具体流程,运用目视 管理中色彩、看板，5S 管理，定置管理的基本理论,对车间内存在的现场环境脏乱差， 车间布局不合理的现场管理问题，进行整理、整顿、清扫、清洁，并用不同色彩和标 识对人员、产品、设备定置定位管理，最后达到精简查找等待等不必要的步骤，减少 工作人员的疲劳程度，缩短加工时间的成效,通过对西贝公司目前实施目视管理过程中 存在的一些缺点和不足进行改善后,加深对企业目视管理的现实意义。本文希望通过对 西贝公司现场问题的管理，希望对类似食品公司的目视管理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, the product orders of enterprises are becoming more and more varieties and small quantities, which requires higher flexibility and rapid response to market demands. Based on the background of students workshop Sibelius catering enterprises, through field research and analysis of early scene, the company internal production workshop change from traditional management for 5S pipe production. Based on the specific procedure discussed Xibei village visual management, familiar with the basic theory of visual management, analysis and application of visual management in production management in the company, focusing on the application of on-site visual management board, combining the Sibelius enterprises in visual board management using process, the analysis can achieve results, finally according to some

shortcomings and deficiencies, Sibelius currently implement the visual management in the process of combining with the related theory of industry engineering is discussed, deepen practical significance in enterprise visual management.
