摘要随着我国不断的融入全球经济中,所参与的国际分工越来越多,一线员工的压力也是越来越大。我国是制造大国,这就意味着我国有成千上万的制造业一线员工也面临的巨大的压力,职业倦怠必须要面对的现象。我国已经开始了对工作倦怠的研究,但研究对象大都是助人行业,处于倦怠研究的初级阶段。
为了探讨制造业一线员工的人格特征与职业倦怠的关系,这次研究对象常熟建华模具公司的一线员工。这次研究主要采取调查问卷的方式,主要的目的是:了解现有的制造业一线员工的职业倦怠情况,以及职业倦怠与人格特征的关系。
经过数据的统计和分析得到了以下研究结果:
1.该制造型企业的一线员工的职业倦怠水平总体处于中上水平,还没有从事助人工作者职业倦怠严重。
2.其中他们的职业倦怠的表现明显的是成就感低下维度。
3.人口统计变量对制造业一线员工的职业倦怠有着一定程度的影响。
4.制造业一线员工的人格特征与职业倦怠不同维度有部分的呈正相关和负相关。

A Study on the Relationship between Personality Traits and Job Burnout of Frontline Employees in Manufacturing Industry
Abstract:As China continues to integrate into the global economy, the international pision of labor involved more and more, front-line staff pressure is growing. China is a big country, which means that China has tens of thousands of manufacturing front-line staff are also facing enormous pressure, job burnout must face the phenomenon. China has begun to study the job burnout, but most of the research object is to help the industry, in the initial stage of burnout research.
In order to explore the relationship between the personality traits and job burnout of the front-line employees in the manufacturing industry. The main purpose of this study is to understand the current job burnout of the existing frontline employees and the relationship between job burnout and personality traits.After the statistics and analysis of the data, the following results are obtained:
1. The first-class employees of the manufacturing enterprises in the overall level of job burnout in the upper level, has not been engaged in helping job workers serious job burnout.
2. Among them, their job burnout performance is obviously a sense of low sense of accomplishment.
3. Demographic variables have a certain degree of impact on the job burnout of front-line employees in the manufacturing sector.
4. There are some positive correlations and negative correlations between the personality traits of the frontline employees and the different dimensions of job burnout.
