摘  要随着互联网时代的到来和全球化的推进，跨境电子商务顺应时代变化发展迅猛，而跨境物流作为其中不可或缺的重要一环，其时效性、完整性、信息透明度等对消费者体验有着深刻影响。但我国跨境电子商务物流还存在着与电子商务发展速度不匹配、信息不透明、环境适应性低等问题，因此，跨境电商物流现状的分析以及发展预测极其重要。按照物流节点分，跨境电子商务物流邮政和国际快递、保税仓、边境仓、海外仓等的跨境物流模式，不同的跨境物流模式有其自身的优点和弊端，适用于不同的跨境电子商务企业和不同类型的商品。本文为了更好地论述几种跨境电商模式的特点，以DHL、俄速通Ruston、菜鸟保税物流以及出口易为例，分别阐述了国际快递、国际专线物流、保税区物流、海外仓的运作模式，并对这几种跨境物流模式进行了线性分析和比较，得出了海外仓是未来跨境电商模式趋势的结论。89037

本文最后总结并提出了未来几年的跨境电子商务物流发展新模式：多种物流模式协同发展、第三方物流企业向第四方物流企业的转变、移动互联网与物流紧密结合，以及结合全文的分析，针对如今跨境电商物流遇到的问题，给出“一带一路”下完善物流体系、扩展和完善海外仓建设以及注重复合型高级物流人才培养等一系列的建议。

Abstract   As the development of Internet and globalization, cross-border e-commerce developed rapidly。 As one of the core part of cross-border e-commerce,cross-border logistics’ timeliness, integrity and transparency of information has a profound impact on consumer experience。 But China's cross-border e-commerce logistics still has a series of problems liked mismatching with e-commerce, information opacity, inadaptability with environment。 Therefore, analysis and forecast of development of cross-border logistics is extremely important。 According to the logistics node, cross-border logistics mode can be known as: international express,bonded warehouse,border warehouse,overseas warehouse and so on。Each cross-border logistics mode has different advantages and disadvantages of its own which is suitable for different cross-border e-commerce companies and goods。 In this thesis, in order to discuss characteristics of several models of cross-border logistics, we take DHL, Russian Ruston,Cainiao network and CK1 as examples, respectively expounding the mode of operation of the international express, international logistics, bonded logistics, overseas positions, and these cross-border logistics。 After making the model of the linear analysis and comparison, the overseas warehouse is the trend of cross-border logistics mode coming to the conclusion。

In the end of the thesis,it summarizes and come up with the new mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics in the next few years: multiple logistic model of collaborative development, third party logistics enterprise to the fourth party logistics enterprise transformation, mobile Internet and logistics combining closely。Besides,after the analysis , according to the current cross-border logistics problems,the thesis comes up with a series of suggestions。For instance, "The Belt and Road" should improve the logistics system; overseas warehouse should be built and  expanded in global;government,logistics companies and universities should pay attention to cultivate senior logistics personnel。
