摘    要 在政府大力推进“双工联动”的大背景下，处理好社会工作者和志愿者的关系，充分利用社会工作的专业优势和资源，对进一步完善志愿服务有着战略性的意义。本文通过文献研究法明确了“双工联动”的核心概念，了解“双工联动”研究现状；以角色理论为依据，通过定性研究方法对比分析社工介入日常服务、专业服务、大型服务、倡导服务四个社区志愿领域时的角色扮演和政府对其的角色期望，探究社会工作者遭遇的角色认知不清晰、行政干扰和社区脱离等角色困境，并提出了由政府明确社工定位、社会加大倡导力度、学校加强社会专业价值观培养的建议，试图为明确社会工作者在志愿服务领域的角色定位和充分发挥其专业功能和作用提供帮助。90168
