摘 要现代酒店业之间的竞争说到底是综合实力的竞争,如何吸引、留住员工是最关键的问题。那么在人力资源管理中,员工激励机制又是留住员工的关键,因此,各酒店都应该建立适合自身发展的员工激励机制。但目前很多酒店在激励机制的制定上都普遍存在机制僵硬化、激励强度不够、内容大同小异等问题。本文将以杭州纳德大酒店为例,采用问卷调查法,分析杭州酒店员工激励机制的现状,从中找出员工激励机制所存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。90170

Abstract Competition between the modern hotel industry in the final analysis is the talent competition。 How to attract and retain employees is the most important issue。Then in human resource management,Employee incentive mechanism is the key to keeping employees,therefore,Each hotel should establish an employee incentive mechanism that suits its own development。But actually,at present, many hotels in the development of incentive mechanisms have problems,for example, incentive mechanism stiffening, incentive intensity is not enough,and the content is much the same。This article will take the Hangzhou Nade Hotel as an example,Using the questionnaire survey method,Analysis on the Present Situation of Incentive Mechanism of Hotel Staff in Hangzhou,and find out the problems of employee incentive mechanism,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures。
