摘 要:随着计算机时代的来临和在线旅游电商的快速发展,旅游目的地所呈现出来的多 样化、个性化、一体化的发展特征使得传统旅行社的发展面临着前所未有的冲击,其产业 地位和市场占有率所处的核心地位不断弱化。本篇文章从旅游供应链的概念入手,首先, 分析旅行社供应链管理的价值以及其研究的可行性和必要性。其次,提出在旅游供应链管 理系统中传统旅行社如何结合互联网创造出适合其发展的供应链模式。最后,进一步分析 旅游供应链在实践过程中的作用以及相关问题的应对策略。本文希望通过这些能够有效展 示传统旅行社在市场中的主导地位,有利于旅游业不断向前迈进。85890

Abstract: With the advent of the computer age and the rapid development of online trave l electricity supplier, the presentation of the tourist destination persity, inpiduality, the dev elopment of integrated features make the development of traditional travel agencies are facing u nprecedented impact, The core position of its industrial status and market share has been weakening。 This article starts with the concept of tourism supply chain, firstly, it analy zes the value of travel agency supply chain management and the feasibility and necessit y of the research。 Secondly, it presented tourism supply chain management system in the tra ditional travel agents how to combine the Internet has created a supply chain model for its devel opment。 Finally, it analyzes the role of tourism supply chain in the process of practice and the corresponding strategies。 In this paper, we hope that these can effectively show the dominant position of the traditional travel agencies in the market, which will help th e tourism industry to move forward。
