摘要本次调查试图了解社会工作专业学生的实习效果，从实习动机着手，分析实习动机是否对学生的实习效果产生显著影响，究竟哪些实习动机对效果产生影响。并且本文通过对社会工作专业学生的访谈为学生和学校今后在实习上的安排提供一些参考性建议。经过分析发现：社会工作学生的个人成长效果与回避失败动机和求知进取动机存在着线性关系。同时，本文还发现社会工作学生的求知进取的动机越强烈，他们的专业成长效果越好。根据以上结果和访谈，本文认为：社会工作专业学生应该增加自己求知进取和自我实现的动机。而学校要采取因需施教的措施，并且应该加强实习老师对学生实习过程的指导。同时，学校也要将学生安排在专业性较强的岗位上。25902

Title Study on the Relationship between Social Work Students’
Practice Motivation and the Effects of Practice
Abstract
This investigation attempts to understand for students majoring in social work practice effect, start from practice motivation, analysis practice whether motivation to student's practice effect have a significant impact, which practice motivation to influence effect. And based on the interviews for students majoring in social work for the students and schools in the future to provide some referential Suggestions on the internship arrangements. After analysis found that: the effect of social work students' personal growth and avoid failure motivation and motivation of knowledge progress there is a linear relationship. At the same time, this paper also found that the more aggressive motive knowledge that students of social work, their professional development the better the results. According to the above results and the interview, this paper argues that: professional social work students should increase their knowledge and enterprising and self motivation. And schools to take because teaching measures, and should strengthen the guidance of student teacher to the student internship process. At the same time, the school also arrange students in professional strong positions.

1 引言
1．1 研究背景
2010年，《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》中将社会工作人才队伍建设纳入国家人才发展大局；2011年以来，《关于加强社会工作专业人才队伍建设的意见》和《社会工作专业人才队伍建设中长期规划（2011-2020年）》先后发布，正式确立了社会工作专业人才队伍建设的纲领，在中央组织部、民政部等有关部门和群团组织的努力下，开启了以专业人才队伍建设推动社会工作事业发展的新征程。随着社会工作及其专业人才队伍建设的快速推进，我国社会工作教育也不断成长壮大，截止目前，全国已有70余所高职院校设立了社会工作专科，310所高校设立了社会工作本科，104所高校和研究机构开展了社会工作专业硕士教育，每年培养输送3万余名社会工作专业人才[ ]。因此，社会工作专业人才的教育是一项非常重要的工作。作为一门应用型学科，社会工作主要以实务为导向，因此对于专业人才的培养来说社会工作的专业实习是至关重要的。王思斌(1999)认为“社会工作实习是整个社会工作专业教育中的有机部分，在专业训练中具有重要的地位，是实现专业素养的重要途径与手段”。肖萍(2006)认为对于社会工作专业人才的培养来说，社会工作实习是一个必不可少的途径。
