摘 要：运用偶遇抽样的方式，对太谷县200名年轻人与200名老年人进行问卷调查，将老年人自身希望的养老方式与年轻人希望给予家中老人的养老方式进行对比。研究表明：年轻人存在着一定的养老压力，其压力主要源于经济能力不足、社会养老体系不完善和工作繁忙；老年人对于自己养老问题的担心程度低于年轻人；在养老主体方面，年轻人认为养老问题主要应由社会承担而老年人认为养老问题应由子女负责；在养老方式选择方面，代际差异主要体现在对居家养老的认可程度；在养老决策方式上，老年人与年轻人均认为应以老年人意见为主，但老年人对以子女意见为主的决策方式的认同度远高于年轻人。94426
