摘要：工业旅游已经成为一种新型旅游方式，逐渐受到人们的青睐。这一新兴旅游项目的发展前景巨大。目前，连云港市山海旅游的发展已陷入了瓶颈，急需开展特色旅游项目来带动当地的旅游业可持续发展。连云港市工业旅游资源丰富，需求市场辐射范围广，产品开发内容涉及行业多，开发潜力大，但仍存在开发难度大，各工厂企业缺乏竞合意识，市场细分不完善，产品单一等问题。因此笔者基于RMP的模式分析连云港工业旅游资源、客源市场特征与工业旅游产品等方面来制定策略以解决相应的问题，从而实现连云港工业旅游的可持续发展。94827

R性分析即旅游资源分析。旅游资源是旅游开发的基础，研究工业旅游的发展潜力首先要认识研究工业旅游资源。工业旅游资源包括工业企业生产场所、生产过程、生产成果、企业文化、企业管理经验、工程项目、工业遗产等。[1]连云港拥有连云港港区、连云港市板浦汪恕有滴醋厂和江苏田湾核电站三家全国工业旅游示范点、评为“省级工业旅游示范区”的康缘现代中药健康产业园、淮盐产区、锦屏磷矿、水晶工艺等丰富的工业资源，但是工业资源并不都能转变为旅游资源，只有工业企业符合一定的资源条件才能为旅游业所开发和利用。因此笔者将通过对连云港工业资源进行进一步的分析，以更深刻的认识工业资源的旅游潜力。
