摘要:现如今在经济全球化的浪潮中,对于任何企业而言,市场竞争愈演愈烈,市场营销管理领域也正在进行一场新的。客户忠诚度管理作为企业营销管理的重要组成部分之一逐渐与时俱进,不断发展。因此,企业若想在激烈竞争的市场环境下生存并取得不菲的盈利,就需要在发展培育新的客户的同时,提高客户忠诚度。本文从主要分析影响客户忠诚度影响因素、我国企业关于客户忠诚度管理的现状和对案例企业“优衣库”进行客户忠诚度影响因素分析,对我国企业如何提高客户忠诚度提出策略改进和建议,以便于我国企业提高市场竞争力做出相应参考。
