摘 要:员工对企业的忠诚度是指员工对企业的奉献程度,使员工自身的一种行为指导和对企业的心理归属。所以忠诚度可以说是心理忠诚度和行为忠诚度的有机统一。当员工的忠诚度降低时,有可能造成员工对企业的不满,从而造成员工的流失。而企业在面临重新招募人才,选拔人才时会造成额外的成本,同时可能会有新老员工交接问题,新员工无法快速胜任工作的风险,这就会形成置换成本和交替成本。员工离开企业不一定意味着对企业的背叛,依然可以成为企业的重要外部资源。因此,企业可以将员工的忠诚度管理扩大到员工离职后,继续与他们保持联系,充分利用这一低成本的资源。员工忠诚度管理必须从多方面努力,企业才能立于不败之地,适应现代社会的变化。95075
