摘要:智能手机已经成为当今人们生活中最为重要的电子设备之一,对人类社会有着巨大的影响。华为智能手机是我国智能手机的代表,华为智能手机业务的成功在某种程度上改变了世界手机市场国外智能机厂商独大的格局;改变了国内外对中国手机企业和中国智能机产品的看法。所以华为手机的竞争优势,和其竞争优势产生的缘由是值得研究和借鉴的。
本文主要通过对比分析国内市场华为与其他手机品牌在销量等方面的差距,以此为基础,结合迈克尔·波特的竞争优势理论对目前华为的竞争优势以及来源进行探讨,构建了华为现有竞争优势模型,最后根据市场变化与发展结合核心能力理论对华为竞争优势变化趋势进行探讨,并提出华为维持竞争力的建议。希望通过对华为竞争优势的探讨可以对国内其他手机品牌的发展提供借鉴作用。
