【摘要】择业是大学生走上社会的重要环节，也是对大学生综合素质，尤其是心理素质的检验。随着市场经济的发展、高校不断扩招、大学毕业生的数量不断增加，大学生就业难成为了一个非常突出的社会问题。在新的就业形势下，有些本科毕业生自我意识强烈，拥有良好的择业观念，找到了自身踏入社会发展的正确道路。但有些大学生在择业过程中诞生了不良的择业心理，如攀高心理、冲动心理、自负心理、自卑心理、焦虑与恐惧心理等，严重影响大学生的正确择业。因此，研究大学生的择业心理，引导大学生发现并克服自身存在的心理问题，有着十分重要的意义。本文通过文献阅读和问卷调查的形式对本校大学生的择业心理状况进行了调查分析，并针对不良心理的影响因素提出了相应的对策。34596

英文摘要Abstract Students embark on careers is an important part of society, but also the overall quality of students, especially the psychological quality test. With the development of market economy, college continuous enrollment, increasing the number of university graduates, college students the difficult employment has become a very serious social problem. Under the new employment situation, some graduates strong sense of self, have a good concept of occupation, found itself into the social development of the correct path. But some students born poor in choosing careers mental process, such as rising mental, psychological impulses, ego, inferiority, anxiety and fear, etc., seriously affecting the proper career college students. Therefore, the study of college students' employment psychology, guide students to discover and overcome their psychological problems, has a very important significance. In this paper, in the form of reading and literature survey on the psychological status of the university careers of college students were investigated, and for the adverse psychological factors put forward corresponding countermeasures.
