摘要：随着安全科学的不断发展，人们对于安全的意识越来越强烈，我国也相应出台了多种安全管理体系，我国特有的安全生产标准化体系也随之出现了。 自我国开展生产标准化工作以来，大量企业安全管理水平得到了很大的提升，安全生产标准化（以下简称安标）工作在实施过程中遇到不同类别的复杂问题。本文先分析介绍了安全生产标准化的要素，其次从企业贯标、 评审机构评审和安全标准化体系本身这三个方面以上海市工贸行业为例进行问题分析，这些问题不同程度影响到安全标准化工作的成效， 阻碍企业安全状况的实质提升。在企业运行安全生产标准化这套体系时，企业与企业之间的具体运行情况还是有些差距的。 本文利用模糊综合评价法对上海市某建材企业安全生产标准化总体的运行情况做出评价，并对其结果和安标评审结果做对比，进一步指出安标评审过程中存在的问题。35968

The main problem in Shanghai security standardizationevaluation criteria and target analysis
Abstract： With the continuous development of safety science, people for security awarenessis growing strongly,China has also introduced a variety of appropriate security managementsystem, our unique safety standardization system also will appear. Since the country carries outthe standardization work,a large number of enterprise security management level has beengreatly improved,safety production standardization encountered complex problems in differentcategories in the implementation process. This article describes the first analysis of safetystandardization factor,second from Enterprise standard,accrediting bodies reviewed and safetystandards system these three aspects of Shanghai Industry and Trade industry as an example forproblem analysis,these issues affect different levels of safety standardization effectiveness,impede the essence of corporate security situation improved.In this paper,fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method of safety standardization a building materials enterprises in Shanghai tomake an overall evaluation of the operation and gave a review of the building materialsbusiness to do over safety assessment using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and theresults of its review of the results and safety standard do comparison,further safety standardreview process to identify the problems.
