摘要：上海作为一个经济发展迅速的城市，它的老年人口也在不断的增加，养老问题成了我们迫切需要解决的问题。传统意义上的养老方式已不能满足如今社会的需求，在这一背景下，社区居家养老模式应时而生并迅速的发展着。但这一模式在我国还并不完善，本文主要通过对上海市社区居家养老服务体系的调查，总结出这一服务体系主要存在宣传力度不足、养老服务项目单调，服务设施不齐全、资金投入不足、社区中养老服务团队缺乏专业化等问题。在此基础上提出一些完善对策：一加大宣传社区居家养老模式的范围；二是完善服务设施，并开发多元化服务项目；三是引入社会力量，实现养老资金来源多渠道；四是加强对社区养老服务人员的培训力度。35958

Problems and Countermeasures of Shanghai’s community home care service
——Case in Wanxiang Town of Shanghai Pudong New Area
Abstract: Shanghai as a rapid development city, its’ population of the elderly people is increasing. And the pension problem has become a problem that we should solve it in time. Supporting in the traditional sense can not meet the needs of society today, and the pattern of community home care is developing timely and quickly. But this pattern in our country is not perfect enough. This paper is mainly though the investigation of Shanghai community home-based care system, and its propaganda is insufficient, the community service facilities are not complete, the pension investment is not enough, the community service team is not very professional. And on this basis, make some improvement measures: First, strengthen community home care model of propaganda. Second, improve
services and facilities, and the development of persified services. Third, introduce social forces pension funds to achieve multi-channel sources. Fourth, organize community care service personnel uniform training.
