摘要:经过二十多年的改革开放，非营利组织发展迅速，然而伴随着“诈捐门”等一系列事件的频频曝光，非营利组织的公信力也成为一个不可忽略的重要问题，缺乏公信力已经严重影响到非营利组织的发展。本文主要以上海S非营利组织为例进行讨论，探讨了当代非营利组织公信力建设的要点。在已有文献的研究下，通过问卷调查、访谈等研究方法，探讨了我国非营利组织与公信力之间的关系和现状,从公信力的性质入手，结合S非营利组织的发展现状，本文认为公信力建设的方向有：完善内部治理结构、健全监督机制、提高领导者的素质、建立服务意识，提高组织日常运营活动的满意度等。35957

Discussion on building the accountability of NPO
——Take Shanghai S organization as an example
Abstract: After more than twenty years of reform and opening up, NPO grow up become really fast , however, after the outbreak of " tax fraud" and some other event ",the NPO’ public trust has become an important issue and can’t be ignore, the lack of accountability has seriously affected the development of the non-profit organization. This paper mainly takes Shanghai S non-profit organization as an example to discussion the main points of contemporary NPO’s accountability construction. Under the literature we already have, we through questionnaires, interviews and other research methods to explore the relationship between NPO and accountability, From the nature of accountability, combining S development status of non-profit organizations, this paper argues Confidence of direction: to improve the internal governance structure, improve the supervision mechanism, improve the quality of leadership, build awareness of service, improve customer satisfaction and organize the daily operating activities and so on.
