摘要:大学招生数量不断扩大,学校的办学条件改善却不大,使少数民族毕业生质量较以往有所下降;同时,很多少数民族大学生缺乏能力培养意识,不知道社会需要什么样的人才,不了解自身缺乏工作经验和基本技能,“学”与“用”没有紧密结合起来,各方面原因导致目前少数民族毕业生就业能力不高。以前,国有企业往往是少数民族大学生就业的最佳选择。现在,少数民族大学生的首选却是到工资收人高、工作节奏快、竞争激烈的外企和高科技民营企业。高等学校专业设置与市场需求不相适应,高校与用人单位缺乏必要的联系,造成了“有地方没人去,有人没地方去”的现象,客观上增加了就业竞争性,也影响大学生就业率。面对庞大的就业大军和稀缺的就业岗位,有必要采取种种积极措施努力解决少数民族女大学生就业问题,除了“普适性”的政策之外,需要进一步打破传统性别观念,将社会性别意识纳人主流。今天,西藏少数民族女大学生一方面所面临的文化情景比前代人要丰富复杂得多,另一方面要面对女性发展与社会发展的不均衡性的突出问题。因为受到经济因素的激励和一些城市多元化发展的吸引,很多少数民族大学生倾向于在大城市工作或者回到家乡工作,其中有非常多的影响因素。37973
