摘要在这样一个日新月异的时代，物流配送中心在物流系统中发挥着巨大的作用，现代化的物流配送中心不断涌现，而其选址对于物流系统的运作极为重要。本文描述了配送中心选址的主要影响因素以及配送中心选址的一些常用方法，结合了全球零售业巨头沃尔玛企业，对该企业基本情况以及配送体系进行简单的描述后，运用层次分析法对于沃尔玛在中国西部建立配送中心的候选地址进行择优分析，通过精确细致的计算分析过后最终做出优化决策，充分体现了层次分析法在配送中心选址中的优势与作用。50972

Wal-mart distribution center location research based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Abstract
In such a fast-changing era, logistics distribution center plays a huge role in the logistics system, modern logistics centers appear constantly, and its location is of extreme importance to the operation of logistics center . This article describes the main influence factors on site selection of distribution center and distribution center location of some commonly used methods . Combined with the global Wal-mart, a retail giant enterprises. Basic situation of the enterprise and make a simple description of distribution system. Using the analytic hierarchy process in western China to establish a distribution center for Wal-mart analyses preferred candidate address. Through accurate after the detailed calculation and analysis to make optimized decision finally. Fully embodies the superiority and the application of analytic hierarchy process in the distribution center location.

（一）选题背景
当历史的车辙辗转碾过旧时代，缓缓的将痕迹映在21世纪新时代，人类的生活就已摆脱过去的落后，大步朝前方迈去。随着知识经济时代的日益发展，高新技术产业的突然出现，管理技术的不断创新变革，使得现存的传统企业已经不足以应对复杂多变的外部动态环境，不能继续原来的企业模式，各行各业必须认清现实状况，紧紧跟随时代的脚步，抛弃腐朽与落后的思想，与时俱进，只有这样才能立足于激烈的竞争环境之中[1]。
