摘 要：营销渠道的绩效研究对提升酒店整体竞争力至关重要。南京紫金山庄作为南京极具影响力的酒店之一，在营销渠道财务状况、营销渠道安全等方面仍存在可优化的空间。本次研究以南京紫金山庄为研究对象，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对南京紫金山庄营销渠道绩效进行了科学、客观的评价，并在此基础上为酒店提出了进行有效营销渠道绩效评估、加强市场开发与推广力度、提高产品-渠道-客户匹配度、加强营销渠道成员培训、施行灵活的收益管理策略五条营销渠道优化建议，以改善酒店营销渠道管理、提高酒店市场竞争力。55632

Abstract: Study on the performance of marketing channel is crucial to enhance the overall competitiveness of the hotel. The Purple Palace as one of the most influential hotels in Nanjing, exists some problems in channel financial condition, channel security etc. The study takes The Purple Palace as the research object, appraises the hotel marketing channel achievements using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE),and on this basis put forward 5 suggestions including catch effective evaluation on channel performance, strengthen the market development and promotion，improve the product-channel-customer matching degree，strengthen the training of marketing channel members and implement revenue management strategy flexible in order to improve the management of the marketing channel and enhance the competitiveness of the hotel.
