摘  要：固定资产管理在企业生产经营管理中有着非常重要的作用，拥有不可替代的地位，是企业总资产的重要组成部分。为了使固定资产能够发挥它最大的、最长久的工作能力和使用效率，不单单是要保证固定资产的安全性和完整性，还要加大对固定资产的日常管理和它的维护工作。淮安江苏联通是目前经营电信种类最多的运营企业，其固定资产占公司总资产的比重非常大，因而加强固定资产管理，提升固定资产管理的水平，减少固定资产的流失，不单单是每一个管理者和使用者的职责，更是企业经营业绩不断提高的根本。但是，如何有效地进行科学的资源配置、提高经营业绩，特别是加强固定资产管理已经是所有企业在发展的道路中必须要解决好的问题。 57377

Abstract：Fixed assets management in the enterprise has a very important role in the production and business operation management, has an irreplaceable position, is an important part of the total assets of enterprises. In order to make the fixed assets long can play its biggest and most of the work ability and efficiency, not only is to ensure that the security and integrity of fixed assets should strengthen daily management of fixed assets and its maintenance.
