摘要本研究是理论与应用相结合的综合性研究。本文紧抓员工人格特质这一基点,深入研究企业中不同人格特质的员工对知识共享行为产生的影响。在研究过程中,加入了员工关系这一中介变量,对员工关系如何影响员工间的知识共享进行了探讨。本研究以人格特质的大五人格理论与华人社会行为理论、以及社会交换理论为基础,构建了人格特质以员工关系为中介对知识共享的影响模型并进行实证研究,证实了员工个体的人格特质会对知识共享行为产生影响,因此组织应选择高开放性、高外向性和高宜人性的员工来促进知识共享。58989

Research on the relationship between employees' personality traits and knowledge sharing behavior: Based on the big five personality theory
Abstract This article is the combination of theory and application of comprehensive study. Cling to employee personality this basis, this paper further research in the enterprise employees in different personality traits influence on knowledge sharing behavior. In the course of the study, joined the staff relations the intermediary variables and employee guanxi how to effect among employees knowledge sharing are discussed in this paper. In this study, personality traits, big five personality theory and Chinese social behavior theory and social exchange theory as the foundation, constructs the personality to employee guanxi as the intermediary of the knowledge sharing model of the impact of and empirical research,confirmed the employee's inpidual personality traits influence on knowledge sharing behavior, so the organization should choose high openness, high extraversion and agreeableness staff to promote knowledge sharing.
