摘要企业迫于经济形势和自身的生产经营状况选择进行经济性裁员,而有效地离职管理可以促进裁员的效果,减少经济性裁员带来的负面影响。本篇文章主要针对经济性裁员的理论和实践以及相关法律规定进行研究,提出经济性裁员中的离职管理的重要性以及措施。本文从经济性裁员的理论分析入手,说明企业采取经济性裁员的必要性,然后通过分析经济性裁员对于社会、企业以及员工的影响,强调经济性裁员中的离职管理的必要性,同时对经济性裁员中的员工的离职行为以及经济性裁员过程中产生的劳动纠纷进行分类及分析,最后提出企业进行经济性裁员的离职管理时的具体措施以及需要注意的法律问题。希望本文的研究能够对我国企业采取经济性裁员时,在离职管理阶段工作提供一些思考和启示。63995

Title Study on the Demission Management in Economic Layoffs
Abstract Forced by the economic situation and their own enterprise production and operation, many company have to select economic layoffs, and effectively leave management can contribute to the effects of downsizing; reduce the negative impact of economic layoff brought. This article mainly carried on the research on the theory and practice of economic layoffs and the relevant legal provisions, Then proposed the importance of Demission Management and measures in economic layoffs. This study starts from the theory of economic layoff, explained the necessity of layoffs. Then through the analysis about the impact of economic layoff for society, enterprises and employees, emphasizing the necessity of leaving management in the economic layoffs. At the same time on economic dismissal of the employee turnover behavior and the labor dispute in the economic layoff process are classified and analyzed. Finally puts forward some concrete measures for demission management and legal issues need attention. I hope that this study can provide some thinking and enlightenment about demission management when the company selects the layoffs.
