摘要食品安全涉及国计民生,世界各国政府一直都给与严密关注,我国政府也不例外。从供应链的角度分析,食品质量安全风险可以通过供应链上任何一个环节进入到食品流通领域中,这些食品供应链上不负责任的行为,不仅造成食品质量安全风险向下扩散,甚至会对相关产业形成致命性打击。因此,迫切需要一类快速有效的机制,以揭示和反映相关风险传导规律,为政府的监管策略制定提供决策参考。65177

本文首先从供应链管理的角度出发,采用博弈论的研究方法,建立了以供应商、制造商、销售商与消费者组成的四级三阶段线性供应链静态博弈模型,对该模型进行了三阶段关联求解,得到了供应链上各行为主体的最优混合策略及混合策略纳什均衡。在此基础上,进一步借鉴基于仿真优化(SBO)的理念,在给定相关的约束条件下,对上述静态三阶段线性食品供应网络模型进行优化求解。在优化的食品供应网络结构基础上,运用博弈论方法建立了网络上各阶段的静态博弈模型,并定义了食品质量安全风险传导函数,从而实现定量分析质量安全风险在食品供应网络中的传导规律,以及下游消费者对上游厂商检查监督对食品质量安全风险传导的影响。

Title  The research of the risk conduction on the food supply chain network

Abstract

Food safety related to people's livelihood, governments around the world have been given close attention, the Chinese government is no exception.  From the point of view of the supply chain, food quality and safety risks can enter through any one link in the supply chain to the field of food distribution, irresponsible behavior in the food supply chain, not only spread down the risk of food quality and safety, even at related industries formed a lethal blow. Therefore, there is an urgent need of a fast and effective mechanism, in order to reveal and reflect the risks associated with conduction law, and provide a reference for the government's regulatory strategy development. 

Firstly, from the perspective of supply chain management, this article use the game theory research methods ,and establishes four three-stage linear supply chain static game model composed by the suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and consumers ,and associates the model in a three-stage solution. Finally we get the various actors in the supply chain optimal mixed strategy and mixed strategy Nash equilibrium. On this basis, we further draw on simulation-based optimization (SBO) concept, given the constraints related conditions, get the optimization solutions of  the static three-stage linear model of food supply network .The food supply network structure on the basis of optimized from the point of view of the supply chain risk management, the use of game theory to establish a network on the various stages of static game model, and define the quality of the food safety risks conduction function in order to achieve a quantitative analysis of the quality and safety risk conduction law in the food supply network, as well as the downstream consumers risk of food quality and safety inspection and supervision of the upstream vendors conduction.
