摘要大学生毕业后面临的首要问题就是就业，但是对于就业的设想往往在大学期间就开始了。关于就业的思考基本上等同于大学生关于就业意愿的思考。现有研究往往是从人力资本理论的角度加以分析，本文则尝试从社会资本的视角分析大学生就业意愿问题。本文采用问卷调查的方式，从家庭、学校跟个人三个方面分析社会资本对大学生就业意愿的影响，分别从就业意向，择业方向跟就业地方意愿三个角度来加以分析。分析显示，大学生的社会资本对大学生就业意愿具有显著影响。相比于大学生的学校与个人社会资本，家庭社会资本对于就业选择的影响最大。家庭社会资本越丰富，就业选择越自由。68261

Abstract

Primary problem is the employment problem facing college students after graduation, but for the idea of employment often started when I was in university. Before graduation, of course, thinking about jobs is basically a kind of employment will think. Existing research is generally from the human capital theory to analyze the employment problem, this article from the perspective of social capital analysis of university students' employment intention. This paper adopt the way of questionnaire survey, from family, school and inpidual three aspects analysis of social capital influence on university students' employment intention, respectively from the employment intention, choosing a career direction to specific analysis to the Angle of local employment intention three employment intention. This paper studies found that social capital cannot be decisive influence on university students' employment intention, but each of the specific job will still have certain influence. General family social capital is abundant, choice of employment, the more freedom.

1. 绪论

1.1问题的提出

随着九十年代末大学扩招和教育产业化政策推行以来，大学生人数的增幅远远超过经济增长所需要的人才增长，大学生就业难已经成为了一个不可避免的问题。自从大学生不再分配工作以来，大学生开始进入市场之中，不得不面对就业所带来的一系列风险。在1999年实行大学生扩招后，大学生更是失去了原先的天之骄子的地位，大量的大学生涌入市场，市场逐渐的进入饱和状态，越来越多的大学生陷入了就业难的困境。今年由于金融危机的原因，大学生就业情况更是不容乐观，许多人更是放弃了就业选择考研、留学等方式继续深造。
