In the first chapter, on the basis of a comprehensive review of the literature, this paper explores the research background, the research basis, the research purpose and the significance, and summarizes the development trend of the academic research on the college students' entrepreneurship from the domestic and foreign research status quo.
The second chapter summarizes the development course of college students' entrepreneurship.
The third chapter, interviews with college entrepreneurs, summed up the status quo of entrepreneurship, to understand the problems encountered in the process of entrepreneurship, mainly from the following four aspects of college students themselves, family environment, school education and government policies and other aspects of analysis.
The fourth chapter, for the above problems, learn from Europe and the United States and other countries entrepreneurship policy for college students to provide reference.
In the fifth chapter, it is concluded that colleges and universities attach importance to college students 'entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of college students' entrepreneurship. 一、引言
（一） 研究背景、依据、目的及意义
1. 研究背景
21世纪初，我国高等教育不断向大众化时代发展。近年来，随着高校的连续扩招，大学毕业生数量大幅增长，然而，社会岗位数量的增长远远比不过毕业人数的增多。因此，高校毕业生就业机会少，就业率低。根据教育部的统计，大学本科毕业生无职业人数年年增长，从21世纪初的五年之间，高校毕业生待业人数从34万人增长到了79万人。到了2009年甚至有100万人未找到工作。
为缓解大学生就业，上海市政府不断推出各种促进就业的政策来保障毕业大学生及时找到属于自己的岗位，同时，也不断开展创业教育，出台一系列优惠政策为大学生创业提供便利，以创业带动就业。然而，我们不得不承认，当下大学生创业现状难以令人满意。因此，如何从制度上根本的解决大学生创业问题，让他们创业之路越走越顺，这一研究颇为重要。
