摘要:本文首先大体上介绍了我国现阶段对工程质量的重视程度已经远远高于从前，但是在这其中仍然暴露出了我国工程质量方面存在的问题，结合国外一部分发达国家对工程质量的控制手段，得出我国想要解决质量这个问题，离不开政府、企业、团体和个人的努力，一个好的质量保证体系要方方面面都做到完善。71807

  其次，本文提到了工程质量控制过程中对其产生影响的因素，包括人的因素、环境的因素、技术因素等等。虽说不同的因素对质量控制过程起到了不可忽视的作用，但是我们也不能光解决因素问题就可以解决整个过程中的质量问题，在这其中还要做到事先控制、事中控制和事后控制。除此之外还提出了工程质量管理中存在的问题和对策，更加完善企业的质量控制体系。所以说工程质量控制做的好对企业、对我国未来建筑业的发展有深远的影响。

  最后本文分析海控国际广场的案例，结合PDCA循环法对整个工程的质量进行控制，同时运用三全控制管理法，设立各个层的职能部门，此外开展QC小组，制定出质量保证措施和质量控制体系，保证工程在各个环节都能按照标准进行。通过对案例的分析，不难发现随着我国建筑业的日益发展，我们必须时刻注重对质量的提高，这样才能成为一个有前景的企业，国家建筑业的面貌将不断提升。

Quality control research in the construction phase of the project

ABSTRACT: At first, this paper mainly introduced the our country present stage the importance of the construction quality is much higher than before, but still has exposed in the engineering quality problems in our country, combining with some developed countries abroad means of engineering quality control, concludes that our country want to solve this problem, the quality is dependent on the government, enterprises, organizations and inpidual efforts, a good quality assurance system to do everything perfect.

Secondly, this paper discusses the factors influencing the quality control of the project, including human factors, environmental factors, technical factors, etc. Although different factors on the quality control process have played an important role to be reckoned with, but we can't solve the problem of factors alone can solve quality problems in the process, in which must be in advance, matter control and afterwards control. In addition, the problems and countermeasures exist in engineering quality management are put forward, and the quality control system of enterprises is improved. So the quality control of the project has a far-reaching impact on the development of the construction industry in China.

At the end of the paper analysis the sea international square case, combined with the PDCA circulation method to control the quality of the project, at the same time using three full control management, set up the layers of functions, in addition to carry out the QC team, to develop a quality assurance and quality control system, guarantee the project in each link can be carried out in accordance with the standard. Through the analysis of the case, it is not difficult to find that with the development of construction industry in our country, we must always pay attention to the improvement of the quality, so as to become a promising companies, will continue to improve the face of national construction.
