摘要通过华桥基金会为案例，本文试图研究其社会行动来透视中国社会工作组织的模式与发展。以华桥基金会南京办事处为例，文章立足于美国社会学家科尔曼的法人行动及理性选择等理论，并且借助理论框架分析、结合组织中人员访谈结果和机构中的相关资料整合，分析其项目的选择，从项目持续时间、项目主题、扶助对象、合作单位以及发展地域五个维度进行分别阐释，归纳概括出华桥基金会为代表的这一类社会工作组织在项目制视角下和行动机制视角下的行动逻辑。其中，项目制视角下的行动逻辑分为面向社会最底层最弱势的群体、持之以恒的援助行动、工作团队专业化发展、寻求合作发展四个方面；行动机制视角下的行动逻辑分为自然人态度模式、自然人经验模式、自然人资源模式、短期项目长期化四个方面。73323

1 绪论

在七十年代的中国经济体制改革之后，各种社会组织百花齐放，社会工作组织的发展也更加迅速。不论是何种筹资形式的社会工作组织，都在政策环境的指引下逐渐形成了较为稳定的行动逻辑。当前社会工作组织处于探索和转型时期，组织合适的发展方向和行为模式都有待学界进一步的研究与分析，社会工作组织在以往的行动逻辑方面的研究大多限于宏观方面的理论分析，本文结合具体案例与相关理论，对社会工作组织的行动逻辑做出探究。
