摘要社会工作有其专业的价值判断性和伦理选择性，是一门价值观凸显的学科。随着社会工作在中国本土的扎根发展，其专业的工作方法在实务中得到不断的改进，专业理论和伦理问题也愈发受到各界的关注。医务社会工作作为社会工作的一个重要分支，凭借其专业化和多样性的服务，在现代化医疗体系中逐渐发挥着作用。然而目前中国大陆的医务社工还处于发展不成熟阶段，在医务社工进驻医院工作的过程中，与医护人员、患者及其家属，存在着各种价值观的冲突，进而导致工作的不顺利开展。在本文中，笔者会以自己在南京某医院实习的经历为例，通过文献研究、参与式观察和个案访谈资料等，提出自己的伦理困境并找出解决的方案，以期在现有的模式上进一步加强医务社会工作的常规化和专业化，找到更好的发展方式。73321

Title Hospital medical social work intervention to deal with ethical dilemmas - in a hospital in Nanjing City                 

Abstract Social work has its professional and ethical value judgment selectivity values is a prominent subject。 With the social work in China in the development of roots, their professional work methods continuous improvement in practice, theory and professional ethics has become more public attention。 Medical social work as an important branch of social work, with its specialization and persity of service in the modern health care system gradually play a role。 However, the current process of medical social workers in mainland China is still in the immature stage of development, in medical social workers stationed in the hospital, and health care workers, patients and their families, there is a clash of values, leading to not work smoothly。 In this article, the author will own at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital internship experience as an example, through literature research, participant observation and case interviews, etc。, make their own ethical dilemma and find solution to the problem, to the existing mode further strengthening routine and specialized medical social work, to find a better approach to development。
