摘  要：“大众创业、万众创新”在国家政策的推进号召和社会各界的强烈呼求下，已然成为时代潮流。作为实施创新驱动发展战略和推进“双创”的生力军，大学生应该具备何种素质与能力应对这一新的形势，本研究基于这一考量，结合文献综述和时代特征分析，从创新意识、创新思维、创新能力、创新人格四个维度制定创新素质调研量表，并以在校大学生为调研样本进行比较分析，探讨当代大学生创新素质现状，进而提出具有整体性和针对性的开发对策。73987

Under the background of the "Double Creations" college students' innovation ability development research——In order to  Normal University for the research sample

Abstract: “Popular Entrepreneurship And Innovation” in the national policy called for and the social from all walks of life with a strong cry，has become the trend of The Times。As a development strategy and implement innovation to promote the "Double Creations" powerhouse,college students should have what kind of quality and ability to cope with this new situation,the study based on this consideration,combined with literature review and analysis of characteristics of age,from the innovative consciousness, innovative thinking, innovative ability, and innovative personality four dimensions to develop the innovative quality survey scale,in  normal university college students as the research samples are compared, explore innovative quality present situation of contemporary university students, wholeness and corresponding development countermeasures was put forward。
