摘要：随着中国改革开放的进程加快，城市老龄化问题慢慢涌现。在面对许多难题和困境的同时，养老问题已经变成社会经济和文化进步带来的严峻挑战。在这种背景下，我国借鉴其他先进国家老年护理事业的发展经验，提出社区养老模式是一种新的选择。即以社区为载体，政府、社会和家庭充分发挥各自的职责，把财力、物力、人力整合到一起，为社区的老人供给日常生活护理、健康照料和精神安慰等层次内容的一种养老模式，也渐渐成为大家所倡导的老年护理方式。本文通过调查和分析，总结出在明确政府对社会养老具有指导作用的同时，还要加强社区在社区养老的核心作用，包括加大宣传政策，根据不同老年群体的需求，建设不同的医疗体系，同时加强对老年人精神慰藉与社区服务建设。这样才能更快速地迎合老年人的各种需求，从而更有效地应对老龄化、高龄化问题。76200

A research about the current situation and demand of urban old - age pattern in China
