摘要:世界奖励旅游协会对奖励旅游概念的界定是:“一种现代化的企业管理工具,协助企业达到特定的目标,并对于达到该目标的优秀员工给予一个非同寻常的旅游假期作为奖励;同时也是各大公司开发市场的客户邀请团”本文通过国内外文献收集,数据调研,实际考察等方法,研究旅行社奖励旅游产品,发现国内奖励旅游市场所存在的问题。进一步提出对策,主要为国内旅行社,更好开发奖励旅游产品,提供借鉴和参考。77524

Research on the Development of Travel Agency Incentive Products
