摘   要“微警务”是在互联网背景下，借助微博、微信等第三方平台上开设的警务账号或应用以及自行开发建设的移动客户端,履行治安行政管理和刑事司法职能的全部警务活动的总称。它是互联网与传统警务深度融合衍生出的警务新形态、新模式，在拓宽信息来源、提升警务效能、增加服务手段、引领舆论导向、和谐警民关系等方面发挥了积极的作用。本文首先对“微警务”的内涵、特点以及作用等方面进行了阐述；其次介绍了河南省公安机关“微警务”的建设现状，并在此基础上分析了河南省公安机关在建设微警务中存在的问题；最后，本文针对性地提供了河南省公安机关在微警务上的发展思路。78400
