摘要:随着新生代员工不断地成熟,他们在家庭和工作中日益扮演越来越重要角色。而且新生代员工的压力也越来越大,压力已是造成工作-家庭冲突的重要因素。新生代员工是企业未来的主心骨,他们的健康发展直接影响着企业的发展。本课题以新生代员工作为研究对象,首先,对新生代员工、压力和工作-家庭冲突的文献进行梳理;第二,通过深入访谈探讨压力对新生代员工工作家庭冲突的影响;第三,通过问卷调查验证压力对新生代员工工作家庭冲突的影响;第四,基于以上研究提出新生代员工降低压力,以缓解工作家庭冲突的应对策略。研究发现:压力对工作-家庭冲突显著正相关,压力越大,工作对家庭冲突越频繁明显。量力而为,换位思考,规律生活,情感宣泄这四种策略可以有效缓解压力对工作-家庭冲突的影响。78793

The effect of stress on work family conflict of new generation employees
Abstract:With the constant maturity of the new generation of employees, they are playing an increasingly important role in the family and work。 Moreover, the pressure of the new generation of employees is increasing, and stress has become an important factor in the work family conflict。 The new generation of employees is the backbone enterprise in the future, their healthy development directly affect the development of enterprises。 In this paper the new generation of employees as the research object, first of all, the new generation of employees, job stress and family conflict literature; second, through in-depth interviews to explore the effect of pressure on the new generation of work and family conflict; third, through the questionnaire survey to verify the pressure effect on the new generation employees work family conflict; fourth, the above study and put forward the new generation employees based on reducing the pressure, to ease the work family conflict coping strategies。 The results show that stress is positively related to work family conflict, and the greater the pressure, the more frequent the family conflict is。 Maintain a regular life, empathy, emotional catharsis, these four strategies can effectively alleviate the pressure effect on work family conflict。
