摘 要:21世纪伴随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资源管理人才的重要性日益突出。社会的发展在很大程度上决定教育的价值取向和人才的培养模式,人力资源管理专业已逐渐发展成为当前高校最热门和最具发展潜力的专业之一。目前,我国企业的发展需要大量的人力资源管理人才。但是,在人力资源管理专业热的同时,也存在着专业定位不准,培养目标与培养规格不明确,理论与实际相脱节,教学方式不够灵活等问题。本文综合运用文献研究和理论和实践相结合的方法对人力资源管理专业本科毕业生的发展前景所存在的问题进行了分析研究和简要思考,最后提出有针对性的措施。本文的探讨对于其他相关专业毕业生的发展同样具有启发意义。79406

Dilemma and Outlet of Graduates ' Employment of Human Resource Management Research
Abstract:The 21st century with the coming of the era of knowledge economy, highlighted the growing importance of human resources management personnel。 Social development to a large extent determine the educational value orientation and talent training mode, human resource management has gradually developed into a college top and one of the most promising professional。 At present, China's enterprises development requires significant human resources management personnel。 However, in the heat of human resource management at the same time, there are also professional orientation, training objectives and standards is not clear, separation between theory and practice, teaching methods flexible enough, and so on。 We integrated the study of literature and the theory and so on。 We integrated the study of literature and the theory and practice of the methods of human resource management majors analyses the problems in the development of research and a brief thought, finally, targeted measures。 This study for the development of other related professional graduates also are instructive。
