摘要在当今 21 世纪企业十分重视分销网络的建设,并将重点放在通过建立良好的分销网 络为顾客提供良好的产品和服务上,而不再是传统的制造与销售。进而分销网络的优化作 为供应链管理核心部分,就显得越发重要。分销网络必须根据企业的经营情况及时进行优 化设计,才能更好地实现企业的目标。分销网络重点的研究内容是实现运营成本最小化, 分销中物流配送最小化。因此我们要将分销网络中的库存、运输成本、建设成本等因素综 合应用到分销网络的选址过程当中,从供应链一体化的角度对整个分销网络进行优化。本 文以成本最小化和库存安全控制为目标,基于遗传算法,通过建立非线性整数规划模型, 并进行求解分析,最终找到了成本最小的配送中心分布与最优的库存水平。同时也验证了 建立的模型是有效的。79557

Title Distribution center layout and Library Inventory control strategy Based on sales data stream
Abstract In today's 21st century ,enterprise attaches great importance to the construction of distribution network, and focuses on the establishment of a good distribution network to provide good products and services and to better meet customer needs,。There is no longer traditional manufacturing and sales。Distribution network optimization as a part of supply chain management is becoming more and more important。 Distribution network must be according to the business situation in a timely manner to optimize。It can better realize the enterprise's target。 Distribution network will focus on the research content to achieve operating cost minimization, distribution logistics and distribution is minimized。 So we need to think about distribution network inventory, transportation costs, construction costs and other factors to the distribution network in the selection process,and optimize the distribution network from the perspective of supply chain integration 。Therefore。This paper aims to the minimization of the cost and safety stock control。 Based on the genetic algorithm, we establish a nonlinear integer programming model, and it is used to analyze the data。 Finally we found the cost minimum distribution center distribution and optimal inventory level。 Also we verify that the established model is effective。
