摘要在经济全球化与我国经济转型的大背景下,企业只有不断适应变化的环境才能得到良 好的可持续的发展。而企业家作为企业的领头羊,更需要时刻洞悉社会的发展,环境的变 化,为企业输入新思想,产生新动力。因为企业家的决策影响着企业的前途和发展。事实 上,企业家决策的制定很大程度上依赖于企业家的心理能力,而企业家过度自信,作为企 业家中常见的一种心理现象,更是直接影响着企业家决策的制定,因此对于企业家过度自 信的影响因素研究是具有一定意义的。79980

本文首先系统地梳理了国内外学者对于企业家过度自信的研究结论,界定了企业家和 企业家过度自信的内涵和意义。紧接着,通过对多位企业家进行深度的半结构化访谈和分 析,并参考罗森伯格自信心量表以及国内外多份成熟量表后确定了问卷的基本内容,之后 进行问卷的预发放与分析后,在老师的指导修改下基本确定了企业家过度自信测量问卷。 在经过大规模发放并得到相关数据后,通过信度,效度分析,独立样本 T 检验,单因素方 差分析和双因素相关性分析验证了理论模型的正确性。得到了包括个人因素,环境因素, 认知因素三个大方向;组织内部,外部,企业基本因素等 21 个小方向的影响因素均对企业 家有显著的影响作用。最后本文论述了本文的贡献,指出了本文的研究局限及未来的改进 方案。

Title The influencing factors of entrepreneurs’ over confidence

Abstract Under the background of economic globalization and China's economic transformation, enterprises have to adapt to the changing environment to get a great sustainable development。 The entrepreneur as the leader of the enterprise, they need to know the development of society, the environment changes。they should give the enterprise new ideas and generate new power as soon as possible。 Because the entrepreneurs’ decision affect the future and the development of the enterprise。 In fact, entrepreneurial decision-making formulation greatly depends on the psychological ability of the entrepreneurs。The entrepreneurs’ overconfidence, a common psychological phenomenon of enterprises,has a direct impact on the entrepreneurial decision making。 so the research of entrepreneurs’ overconfidence has a certain significance。

First of all, the paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' conclusions about the entrepreneur's over confidence, and defines the connotation and significance of the entrepreneurs and there over confidence。 Followed through on the deeply semi-structured interviews and analysis of a number of entrepreneurs, and reference Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and other domestic and abroad mature scales to accomplish the basic content of the questionnaire。After the questionnaire pre research and analysis and the guidance of the teacher。I modify it and finally finish the entrepreneur's overconfidence questionnaire。 Through the large-scale distribution,the reliability, validity analysis, independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance and two factor correlation analysis。I verify the correctness of the theoretical model,and get the results about three directions including personal factors, the influence factors of environment, cognitive factors and 21 small directions   including

internal and external factors of organization, enterprise basic factors,and they all have significant effect。 At last, this paper discusses the corresponding contribution of this paper。It also points out the limitations of this study and the future improvement。
