摘要：《“十三五”加快残疾人小康进程规划纲要》（2015-2020）中提出要促进残疾人全面发展、帮助残疾人和全国人民一道共建共享全面小康社会，其中把残疾人就业放在了一个非常重要的位置。提出的6个任务中头两点就是将农村贫困残疾人作为脱贫攻坚的重点对象和建立完善残疾人就业扶持政策体系，多渠道促进残疾人就业创业，帮助更多的残疾人通过工作过上更好的生活。以奉贤区为例，作为上海市的一个市辖区，农村残疾人较城镇残疾人而言，由于城乡发展不平衡等历史原因，失业无业人数更多，教育程度偏低，贫困程度更高…… 总之，农村残疾人就业困难重重。全文将在年奉贤区残疾人就业援助对象（失、无业人员）信息的研究基础上，多角度探究造成农村残疾人就业难的原因以及针对不同残疾类型的残疾人员的就业机会，分析具体就业政策以及针对他们的需求促进奉贤区农村残疾人就业的建议，并希冀引起社会对农村残疾人就业问题的重视。80690

A Study on the Employment Promotion of Rural Disabled Persons - Taking Fengxian District as an Example
