摘要钢铁行业的发展关乎国计民生,许多行业都与钢铁行业有着直接或间接的联系。随着环保压力的增加和国家削减产能的严格要求,落后高炉必须进行升级改造,新设计的高炉也要合理应用新技术,使用新的设备来提高生产效率,同时减少对环境的影响。84578
本文设计内容包括炼铁物料平衡和热平衡计算、高炉炉型确定、高炉各部位炉衬、炉体冷却设备的选择和风口、渣口和铁口的设计。并对高炉附属系统中鼓风机的选择做了简单计算。通过借鉴河北邯郸钢铁公司的设计理念,并结合节能环保的思路,在煤气除尘中采用了干式布袋除尘法。

AbstractThe development of steel industry affects the operation of the economy and people's life, many industry has direct or indirect contact with the steel industry。 Blast furnace ironmaking as an important process of iron and steel production, is the main means for cast iron, its technology and equipment research and the improvement also appears especially important。 In order to promote our country become a steel superpower, research and improvement of blast furnace ironmaking is of great significance。
This design content including iron material balance and heat balance calculation, the determination of blast furnace type, the choice of each part of the blast furnace lining, furnace body cooling equipment and the design of the tuyere, slag and iron mouth。 And the selection of accessory system of blast furnace blower made a simple calculation。 By reference to the design concept of hebei handan iron and steel company, and combined with the thinking of energy conservation and environmental protection, the dry cloth bag dust removal method is adopted in the gas dust removal。
