Abstract In this paper, refining furnace alkaline, neutral and acidic ash residue were studied by designing experiments to observe the microstructure of slag samples, determination of softening point, XRD phase analysis, many pilot studies ICP composition and content detection。
Experimental results show that the different nature of the residue contained the same elements in different, it can be used more elements can be used to save costs, reduce environmental pollution。 Further slag samples P, S content is low, removal effect is good, especially a little more white residue removal。 By phase analysis found that white residue containing mainly Ca compound, Ca(OH)2、CaCO3,the degree of crystallinity is good, crystal face developmental better。 Blizzard mainly containing SiO2, Slag containing mainly FeO、B4Si、ScH2,poor crystallinity, low purity。 And three kinds of slag softening point are high, especially in the white residue, it is difficult to soften, Blizzard softening and softening faster than the amount of white residue。
By experiment, the refining slag phase complex to be more refined use of materials, the optimum extraction may seek to reduce costs, reduce the amount of slagging agents and improve phosphorus removal sulfur removal rate and improve economic efficiency。
