    摘要:本文采用脉冲电镀法在耐高温镍基上制备Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al -Gd、Ni-Mo-Al-Pr、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm复合镀层,研究了不同浓度下Er、La、Gd、Pr、Sm几种稀土分别对Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd、Ni-Mo-Al-Pr、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm复合镀层的形貌及其镀层中Al、Mo及稀土本身含量的影响,且用扫描电镜对及电子能谱仪对Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd、Ni-Mo-Al-Pr、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm复合镀层的形貌、组成及组分含量进行了表征。结果表明,在Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd、Ni-Mo-Al-Pr、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm复合镀层中Ni-Mo-Al-La镀层中的Al含量较高,且在当镀液中La浓度为0.3g/L时,得到的Ni-Mo-Al-La镀层中Al含量达到2.24%的最高值;在Ni- Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd、Ni-Mo-Al-Pr、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm复合镀层中Ni-Mo -Al-La镀层中Mo的含量较高,且在当镀液中La浓度为0.2g/L时得到的Ni-Mo-Al-La镀层中Mo含量达到70.21%的最高值;分别在Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd、Ni-Mo-Al-Pr、Ni-Mo- Al-Sm复合镀层中Er、La、Gd、Pr、Sm的含量都随着该稀土自己本身在镀液中浓度的增加而增加;在Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd、Ni-Mo -Al-Pr、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm复合镀层中Ni-Mo-Al-Pr镀层最平整,其次依次是Ni-Mo-Al-La、Ni-Mo-Al-Sm、Ni-Mo-Al-Er、Ni-Mo-Al-Gd镀层。22999

     Abstract:Preparation of Ni-Mo-Al-Er resisting nickel base paper in the pulse plating , Ni-Mo-Al-La, Ni-Mo-Al-Gd, Ni-Mo-Al-Pr, Ni-Mo-Al- Sm composite coatings were studied at different concentrations Er, La, Gd, Pr, Sm , respectively, for several rare Ni-Mo-Al-Er, Ni-Mo-Al-La, Ni-Mo-Al-Gd, Ni-Mo -Al-Pr, Ni-Mo-Al-Sm composite coating morphology and coating influence of Al , Mo , and rare-earth content itself , and by scanning electron microscopy and electron spectroscopy of Ni-Mo-Al-Er, Ni-Mo-Al-La, Ni-Mo-Al-Gd, Ni-Mo-Al-Pr, morphology of Ni-Mo-Al-Sm composite coating composition and component content were characterized .
