摘 要 本文采用正交试验法对金属水基防锈剂的配方和性能进行了研究。金属水基防锈剂的组成主要有肌醇优尔磷酸酯、丙烯酰胺与谷氨酸,正交实验表选用 L16(43),采用点滴试验、中性盐雾试验、盐水浸泡试验对其防锈性能进行了测定,在此基础上在防锈剂中添加了成膜剂对成膜效果进行了研究。实验结果表明:金属水基防锈剂的最佳配方为植酸 22.2ml/L,丙烯酰胺 10g/L,谷氨酸 5g/L。影响防锈剂性能的因素由大到小依次为植酸>丙烯酰胺>谷氨酸。植酸在防锈剂中起着主要作用,肌醇优尔磷酸酯的每个磷酸基上有两个羟基,每个羟基都可与亚铁离子络合形成多个稳定螯合环, 在金属表面迅速形成一层致密的透明单分子膜,从而有效地抵抗金属的腐蚀。植酸、谷氨酸分子、丙烯酰胺三者之间的浓度必须达到最佳配比,才能充分发挥最佳协同作用,使防锈剂具有最佳防锈性能。此时所制得到防锈剂的防锈性能最大。OP-10 乳化剂是一种分散剂,能促进植酸,丙烯酰胺与谷氨酸所合成的高分子化合物的塑性流动和弹性变形,使成膜外观更佳,最佳加入量为 12.5g/L。 41102

Preparation and study on the properties of water based antirust agent for metal
Abstract In this paper, the performance of this water-based antirust agent for metal was studied through orthogonal test. The water-based metal rust inhibitor is mainly composed of inositol hexaphosphate, acrylamide and glutamic acid. Through the orthogonal table L16 (43), dropping test, neutral salt spray test and neutral salt spray test was used to text the antirust performance, and then mix the film-forming agent into it to study the film-forming effect. The results showed that the best formula of metal water-based antirust agent consist of 22.2ml/L inositol hexaphosphate, 10g/L acrylamide and 5g/L glutamic acid. The inositol hexaphosphate is the main factor that affected the performance of the antirust agent, then it was acrylamide, and glutamic acid is the last one. The inositol hexaphosphate plays a main role, because each phosphate group in inositol hexaphosphate molecule contain two hydroxyl groups, and each hydroxyl can form stable chelate ring with ferrous ion by complexation. So there will be dense transparent monolayers formed on the metal surface rapidly, and then will have a good resistance to metal corrosion. The inositol hexaphosphate, glutamic acid and acrylamide have their best proportion on making a fully synergistic effect, which maximize the antirust performance. At this time, the system has the biggest rust proof performance. OP-10 emulsifier is a kind of dispersing agent, which can promote the plastic flow and elastic deformation of the high molecular compound synthesized by the acid, acrylamide and glutamic acid to make its appearance better. And the optimum adding amount of OP-10 emulsifier is 12.5g/L.
