    摘要:作为必需的微量元素之一的硒,因为它预防心血管疾病,抗病毒,抗衰老,能够抗肿瘤等的功能,对含硒药物和添加剂等物质的研究成为当今许多科研人员的研究热点。在医药、食品添加剂、饲料等方面,相较无机硒化合物,有机硒化合物不仅生物活性强,毒性还远低于无机硒,其吸收率更高,由于有机硒化合物良好的生物活性和抑制肿瘤等作用,对有机硒的研究有了很大的研究意义。

     磷酸酯因其本身具有的特殊性能和物理化学性质,而被广泛应用于杀虫剂、表面活性剂、阻燃剂以及金属加工业等方面。本文所述的硒代磷酸酯作为磷酸酯中的一种,其本身在生物化学和有机化学中是一类非常有用的中间体,在各个领域得到广泛关注的同时,由于硒代磷酸酯的合成过程中涉及许多条件,于是对合成此类化合物的绿色方法也被世人所提出。49182

     本论文首先使用三配位磷化合物与卤代物反应,消除一分子的卤代烷烃,从而得到含有P-C键的四配位有机膦化合物作为模型反应来进行构建P-Se-C键,选择不同的反应底物、配体、反应温度和反应时间来观察对反应的影响,以此来筛选最优的反应条件。通过对反应的条件的筛选,我们以二苯基磷为原料和Se、2-(4-溴丁基)异二氢吲哚-1,3-二酮反应,在三乙胺以及溶剂H2O和浴温50 ℃ 时得到P-Se-C键键合的产物。经过磷谱、氢谱、碳谱分析,推测得到了该化合物的结构。通过对反应条件的筛选,最终得到了最优的实验条件。

    Study on synthesis without pollution of phosphate compounds selenomethionine

    Abstract:As one of the essential trace elements,seleniumcan prevent cardiovascular disease, anti-viral, anti-aging, anti-tumor ,and it has many different functions. Thus Selenium-containing drugs and additives have become a hot research direction of many of today's researchers. In medicine, food additives, feed, etc., compared to inorganic selenium compounds, organic selenium compounds are not only strong biological activity, toxicity of which is far lower than inorganic selenium, but also has higher absorption rate.Because of the organic selenium compounds’ good biological activity and inhibition of tumor effect ,the study of organic selenium has great significance.     

    Phosphate ,because of their special properties and physical and chemical properties of itself,  is widely used in pesticides, surfactants, flame retardants and metal processing industry and so on. Phosphorothioate selenium described herein as phosphate in one, which in itself is a kind of very useful intermediates in organic chemistry and biochemistry, received extensive attention in various fields at the same time, due to the synthetic seleno phosphate process involves a number of conditions, so green method for the synthesis of such compounds have also been put forward to the world.     

    In this thesis, using a three-coordinate phosphorus compound with a halogenated reacting to eliminate part of the halogenated alkanes, whereby four-coordinate organic phosphine compound containing PC bonds as a model reaction to build P-Se-C bond, select a different reaction substrates, ligands, reaction temperature and reaction time to observe the effect on the reaction, in order to screen the optimal reaction conditions. Through the reaction conditions of screening, we diphenyl phosphate as a raw material and Se, 2- (4- bromobutyl) isoindoline-1,3-dione of the reaction, triethylamine and solvents and H2O to give P-Se-C-bonded product at a bath temperature of 50 ℃. After phosphorus spectroscopy, NMR, 13C NMR analysis, presumably to give the structure of the compound. By screening of reaction conditions, and finally obtain the optimal experimental conditions.
