摘要:碱式碳酸铜(Cu(OH)2•CuCO3)是重要的化工原料,广泛应用在无机、有机、电镀工业、农业和催化领域。超细化后的碱式碳酸铜由于尺寸效应、表面效应等,从而使其不仅在直接使用时拥有良好的理化及表/界面性质,同时作为制备超细粉体氧化铜前驱体,制得的下游产品具有优异的理化性质。本设计研究以企业现有产品氯化亚铜为原料,采用水解法制备微球体碱式碳酸铜小试工艺,对产物结构通过SEM、XRD、IR进行了表征;并依据小试工艺要求,进行概念性生产工艺设计,设计过程中,首先进行主要的物料衡算、热量衡算和设备计算,再根据工艺操作的要求和特点,参照相关工艺的资料,绘制工艺流程图,然后根据工艺计算结构设计的最终数据画出主要设备图,之后再进行设备选型,绘制车间布置图。设技方案以满足安全生产要求、经济合理为原则。62062

Ultrafine Powder of Basic Copper Carbonate:Preparation And Production Design

Abstract: Basic Copper Carbonate (Cu (OH)2 - CuCO3) is an important chemical raw material, widely used in inorganic, organic, electroplating industry, agriculture and catalysis. After superfine cupric subcarbonate due to size effect, surface effect, thus making it not only in the use of the direct has good physical and chemical and surface / interfacial properties and also for preparing superfine powder of copper oxide precursor, of downstream products with excellent physical and chemical properties.
