摘要:预膜在工作用水处理中已经被广泛应用了,它是以聚磷酸盐和锌盐为主要成分的溶液,通过化学清洗在金属表面产生一层致密且耐腐蚀的薄膜,是提高耐腐蚀能力的一种重要手段。本次实验从聚磷酸盐与锌盐的成膜机理出发,对以六偏磷酸钠为主盐的预膜剂,通过硫酸铜点滴实验以及肉眼观察,以溶液变色时间为标准,讨论了各种因素对预膜效果的影响,以六偏磷酸钠为主盐的配方为:七水硫酸锌中的锌离子的浓度为110~170mg/l,氯化钙中钙的浓度为110~140mg/l,氨基三亚甲基磷酸浓度为80~110mg/l,六偏磷酸钠中磷的浓度为80~110mg/l。实验条件为:常温下,预膜时间为24~48h,pH:6.0~8.0。62184
结果表明,此种复配溶液为最佳结果,是一种低磷环保的产品。

Preparation of organic phosphorus and phosphate compound pre membrane agent
Abstract: Pre membrane has been widely used in water treatment of the work,it is based on the solution of the main components of phosphate and zinc salt,a layer of dense and corrosion-resistant film is produced on the metal surface by chemical cleaning,is one of the important means to improve the corrosion resistance.This experiment from poly phosphate and zinc salt of the film-forming mechanism of, pre membrane of the salt with sodium hexametaphosphate as main agents for, through the test of copper sulfate intravenous drip and naked eye observation, to solution color time as the standard, discussed the influence of various factors on the effect of pre membrane,the formula of six sodium phosphate as the main salt:Seven zinc sulfate in the zinc ion concentration of 80-140mg/L, calcium chloride in the concentration of 80-100mg/L, molecular weight of 1500-2000 sodium polyacrylate (PAAS) concentration of 60-100mg/L, six sodium phosphate in the phosphorus concentration of 40-100mg/L.The experimental conditions are as follows: under the normal temperature, the time of the film is 24-48h, pH:5.5-6.5.
The results show that the mixed solution is the best result, and it is a kind of low phosphorus environmental protection product.
