摘要以钛酸四正丁酯为钛前驱体,乙酸为溶剂,乙酸钴、乙酸镍及正硅酸四乙酯等为掺杂剂和稳定剂,采用简易的一步溶剂热法制备得到阳离子掺杂的锐钛矿TiO2样品。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、固体紫外等手段研究了不同掺杂量对所制备的TiO2样品结构、形貌及光学性质的影响。研究结果表明,所制备的掺杂TiO2纳米粒子均为锐钛矿型,结晶性良好,在紫外光区(200nm-400 nm)均有较强的吸收,钴掺杂TiO2在可见光区(400nm-600nm)也具有一定程度的吸收且随着掺杂量的提高吸收增强。掺杂TiO2的光催化活性通过在紫外光和可见光( λ>420nm)的照射下降解一定浓度的亚甲基蓝的效果来衡量,降解结果表明:所有的样品在紫外光照射下均具有较高的光催化性能,其中当钴掺杂量为0.1%(摩尔比Ti∶Co=100∶0.1)时,亚甲基蓝的降解速率最高;同时,掺杂后的TiO2样品在可见光条件下仍具有一定的光催化活性。63935

Title Synthesis and Characterization of doped TiO2 nanoparticles and the enhanced photocatalytic performance 

Abstract The cation doped anatase TiO2 samples were synthesized by a simple solvothermal method using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor, acetic acid as solvent, cobalt(Ⅱ) acetate tetrahydrate, nickel(Ⅱ) acetate tetrahydrate and tetraethyl silicate as the doping agent and stabilizer. The products were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis).The research results show that the as-prepared Co/Ni-doped TiO2 nanoparticles are anatase phase with good crystallinity ,and have strong absorption in the UV region (200 nm - 400 nm). Cobalt-doped TiO2 also has a certain degree of absorption in the visible-light region (400 nm - 600 nm) and the absorption gradually enhances with increasing the amount of doping agent. The photocatalytic activity of Co(Ni)-doped TiO2 samples were measured by the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue dye solution under the ultraviolet light and visible light (λ>420nm). The result showed that all the samples have a high photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light. Especially, 0.1% Co-doped TiO2 has the highest degradation activity of methylene blue. Meanwhile, the doped TiO2 shows photocatalytic activity under visible light with the assistant of H2O2.
