摘 要:我国聚酯产能虽目前面临产能相对过剩的局面,但对其上游产品乙二醇的需求仍将会有所增长。本项目经过对工业上乙二醇生产方法的分析、比较,最终采取了以电石炉尾气为原料通过草酸酯法制乙二醇的方法,设计了年产 50万吨乙二醇生产装置,本文的主要内容是在此设计基础上对此年产 50万吨乙二醇生产装置进行环境分析评价和安全分析评价。
环境评价研究通过对本项目中污染物排放量的分析提出污染防止措施,并对已有的监测数据下做出项目影响预测评价,提出相应的解决措施。安全评价研究通过辨识本项目中主要危险和有害因素等,并对工艺生产过程进行了预危险性分析,针对各种危险有害因素制定了相应的安全保护对策措施。70236
本项目生产工艺的环境分析评价和安全分析评价结果为:本项目的建设符合国家产业政策,工艺满足清洁生产的要求,体现了循环经济理念。项目的建设符合我国社会、经济、环境保护协调发展方针,符合评价原则,是可行的。
