摘要浙江省内太湖流域包括东苕溪、西苕溪、合溪 、京杭大运河 4个水系,本研究分4个季节对浙江省内的太湖流域的4大水系设定了33个采样点进行了调查研究,主要研究了水体以及底泥中Cu、Pb、Mn、Zn、Cd、Ni、Cr7种重金属的含量。水体中重金属主要采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定浓度,而底泥种的重金属含量的测定需要先经过自然晾干、除杂、酸消解等过程,再用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定浓度。70997
实验结果表明,浙江省内太湖流域的4大水系以及底泥均受到不同程度的重金属污染,并且水体与底泥中的重金属含量均表现出随着季节的变化而呈现出一定规律,但是水体中的重金属含量与底泥中的重金属含量表现出的相关性却并不高。
Abstract Taihu Lake Basin in Zhejiang Province, including the East Tiaoxi River, West Tiaoxi River, Hexi, Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal water system 4. This study pided into four seasons in Zhejiang Province in Taihu Lake Basin, the four major river systems the set 33 sampling points of investigation and study, mainly study the water and in the sediment of Cu, Pb, Mn, Zn, Cd, Ni, Cr7 kinds of heavy metals content. Water heavy metals mainly by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method was established for the determination of concentration, and the content of heavy metals in sediment is needed to test the first after dry naturally, in addition to miscellaneous, acid digestion process, then use the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of concentration.
Experimental results showed that the Taihu Lake Basin in Zhejiang Province four major river systems and sediment are subject to different degrees of heavy metal pollution and the contents of heavy metals in water and sediment were shown to with seasonal changes and show a certain regularity, but contents of heavy metals in the water and the concentrations of heavy metals in the sediment showed a correlation is not high.

1.引言
浙江省太湖流域位于浙江省北部,流域面积12273km2,约占太湖流域面积的1/3。浙江北部太湖流域主要包括合溪,苕溪和运河这几大水系,西面两水系主要源于天目山北面,经由安吉,湖州,长兴等地,地形主要为起伏小丘陵,而东面的运河水系地势相对较为平坦,但支流纵横,是平原河网较为有代表性的河网水系。论文网
