摘要:在已有文献的基础上,我们以端氢硅油、烯丙基缩水甘油醚及系列烯丙基聚醚缩水甘油醚为原料,通过硅氢加成反应,合成了端环氧基封端聚硅氧烷及系列端环氧基封端聚醚聚硅氧烷产物。通过红外表征技术对其结构进行表征。同时对端环氧硅油的反应条件进行了优化,结果表明:首先对端氢硅油、烯丙基缩水甘油醚及系列烯丙基聚醚缩水甘油醚首先进行了预处理,其预处理条件为温度在60℃下反应1个小时,另外对端环氧基封端聚醚聚硅氧烷的合成工艺优化,其优化条件为:催化剂用量为15 ppm、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为4 h、端氢硅油、烯丙基缩水甘油醚及系列烯丙基聚醚缩水甘油醚原料摩尔比为1:1.2、溶剂的用量是反应物用量的30%。在其条件下产物的产率可达到90%以上。71001

Preparation of Epoxy Silicone Oil

Summary: On the basis of the literature, we have synthesized the end epoxy group-terminated polysilicon by the addition reaction of hydrosilylation, hydrogenated silicone oil, allyl glycidyl ether and allyl polyether glycidyl ether as raw materials Alkylene oxide and series of epoxy-terminated polyether polysiloxane products. The structure is characterized by infrared characterization. In its conditions, the yield of the product can reach more than 90%.
